Ordering Online
Once you have selected your items we give you the chance to review the items you’ve selected. Once you are happy with the content of your shopping bag, click on

Check Out You will be asked to put your details; select postage option (see below); payment type: credit/debit card. Please note, we DO NOT accept cash by post. We will send you a confirmation via email and also inform you when your order is being posted to you. You may also place your order by phone: 07977 222129 (10am-5.30pm Monday-Sunday).

Postage
We will post your item(s) within 2 working days of receipt of your order provided that they are in stock.

All shipments to the United Kingdom under the value of £10 total will be posted first class recorded delivery. A flat rate of £2.50 will be charged for each order.

All shipments to the United Kingdom totalling the value of £10 and over will be posted first class recorded delivery. A flat rate of £5.00 will be charged for each order.

All shipments to Europe including Eire under the value of £10 total will be posted “International signed for”. A flat rate of £5 will be charged for each order.

All shipments to Europe including Eire totalling the value of £10 and over will be posted “International signed for”. A flat rate of £10 will be charged for each order.

All shipments to the rest of the world under the value of £10 total will be posted “International signed for”. A flat rate of £7 will be charged for each order.

All shipments to the rest of the world totalling the value of £10 and over will be posted “International signed for”. A flat rate of £15 will be charged for each order.

International orders are inclusive of duty and custom charges. All orders are posted DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Order Cancellation
We are happy to accept cancellation of your order by telephone (Mon- Fri 11am-5pm) prior to despatch of goods. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy. Please note that once an order has been processed we issue a confirmation email.

Payment
The Hippy Rose online store, with its secure server, accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Returns Policy
Hippy Rose can offer a refund on items that are returned unworn and with tags still attached when returned to us with your Returns Reference Code.

To return items to Hippy Rose please email info@hippyrose.co.uk with your full name, original order reference number and reason for return. We will then send to you via email a unique Returns Reference Code which you must include with your return parcel as we cannot process your refund without this code. Return the unwanted purchase including a note detailing your Returns Reference Code , name, address and telephone number to the following address within 7 days of receipt of goods:

Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that Hippy Rose cannot refund the cost of postage. Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please give us a call and we can confirm that we have your size in stock and we can put that item away for you until we receive your original order back. For any returns queries please call us on 00 44 (0) 7977 222129

Prices on www.hippyrose.co.uk include UK VAT.

Terms & Conditions
The Hippy Rose website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Hippy Rose and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Hippy Rose irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
